This holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea, with approximately 85 m² of living space.
Unwind on the sofa at the end of your vacation days and prepare delicious meals in the kitchen.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests.
One of the two bedrooms on the first floor offers a comfortable double bed (180x200cm), a desk, and a flat-screen TV (with Magenta TV).
The other bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200cm) and a sofa bed (140x200cm).
For restful nights, both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains.
One of the two bathrooms is located on the ground floor and features a towel warmer, a shower, and the highlight: an infrared sauna – pure wellness! Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
The second bathroom on the first floor offers a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and a bathtub.
From the living room, you can access the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and barbecue with the whole family on warm evenings.
On cold days, the fireplace invites you to warm up, and the Nintendo Switch promises fun for the whole family.
The lounger and the reclining chair invite you to read in the sun.
There is a parking space in front of the house.

Tolle Unterkunft, wirklich schöne Anlage. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Die Baustellensituation war uns bewusst und bekannt, das störte uns nicht. Aber man sollte es wissen.
Kaution wurde unkompliziert zurückerstattet, wir haben uns an Regeln gehalten (Müll wegbringen, Grill reinigen, ordentlich und pfleglich mit dem Eigentum anderer umgehen).
Alles im Leben ist ein Geben und ein Nehmen, hier ist alles perfekt organisiert und völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern und garantiert wieder.
