This charming, newly built (2023) thatched-roof house on the Schlei Terraces offers space for up to four people and is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the Schlei town of Kappeln, providing a tranquil atmosphere.
The semi-detached house extends over three floors and, in addition to two bedrooms and an open gallery, features a light-filled living and dining area with access to the terrace, as well as two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable seating area and a fireplace. Adjacent to this is the dining area and the open-plan, modern kitchen. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a large double bed (180x200cm) and the other with two double beds (160x200cm each). Here you'll also find the bathroom with a bathtub and an additional walk-in XXL shower.
From the first floor, you can access the gallery on the second floor, a cozy retreat with views of the Schlei.
The house has a carport for convenient parking. Adjacent to the carport is a lockable storage room where you can safely store your bicycles.
The terrace invites you to relax outdoors, and the surrounding garden offers peace and tranquility. Enjoy stunning views of the Schlei and the surrounding countryside from the holiday home. The peaceful location ensures a relaxing break from everyday life. Tolles und ruhig gelegenes Häuschen aber dennoch sehr zentral und nah an Kappeln. Schöne und sehr stimmige Einrichtung, man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. An sonnigen Tagen steht die Terrasse zur Verfügung und man hat sogar Sicht auf die Schlei. Der kleine Hafen ist ein schönes Plätzchen zum Beobachten der Sonnenuntergänge. Ein Träumchen...!
