The property is located on 20,000 m2 of beautiful greenery in the heart of the forest, allowing you complete privacy and peace. At your disposal, you have a private house with three floors, a barbecue with an inn and a room for recreation, a sauna, a laundry room, a terrace, a private parking lot, an orchard, and spacious meadows for relaxation and play.
The house is equipped with modern furniture and all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. In the living area, you can enjoy a comfortable couch and watch your favorite movies on the television, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining table allow you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy on the balcony with your morning coffee and a wonderful view of the orchard and mountain Klek.
On the main floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and access to the lower floor. On the lower floor of the house is a sofa bed, a TV, and an additional bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with two double beds and one single bed.
The grill room is a place where you can enjoy preparing delicious food for your friends and family. It is equipped with a kitchen with a fridge, gas and wood grill, two spits, 2 kettles, and a baking tray and dish.
In the inn, there are four large tables with benches, it is equipped with a speaker and a television, and it allows You to accommodate up to 30 guests. The staircase located in the inn leads to the entertainment room where You can relax with an equipped bar and pool table.
If you want to relax and unwind, there is also a sauna. It has a lounge set for 4 people, a jacuzzi for 5 people, a shower cabin, and a sauna room, so you can fully enjoy the wellness experience.
Our luxury estate offers a variety of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as picnics in the meadow, playing football, volleyball, or badminton, picking fruit in the orchard, hiking, and cycling in the nearby forests, or simply relaxing with a nature walk and enjoying the quiet.

There is a ZOO on the property with goats, Scottish cattle, donkeys, rabbits, and chickens.

This five-bedroom can accommodate up to twelve guests. It features a cable TV/flat-screen TV and is combined with a living room seating area, sofa, and kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Free toiletries are available on request.
