The holiday home is one half of a double house on a piece of land of 760m2. The garden and pool are in common use with the renters of the other house half. Comfortable furnishings with WLAN, Sat-TV, dishwasher and washing machine. When you enter the first floor there is a living room with dining table and an open, well equipped kitchen leading to the terrace, a bathroom with shower. Above is a mezzanine with 2 beds and a desk. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms with doors leading out to the garden, a bathroom with tub and bidet, WC, cellar. You have partially roofed terrace with a fantastic view, garden furniture and garage (not suitable for SUV). Rentable from April until October.
With an annulation the prior account of 20% will be kept and with an annulation only 2 months before arrival the amount due is 35% of the total, if the booking cannot be recovered at another time of the year.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Familien Urlaub braucht. Uns hat lediglich eine richtige Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Es geht aber auch mit dem Filter oder der Kapsel Maschine. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool ist etwas klein, reicht aber zur Abkühlung und damit die Kinder Spaß haben. Es gibt genügend schöne Sandstrände in Mandelieu, um sich im Meer zu erfrischen. Cannes, Nizza, Antibes, Monaco, ... sind gut erreichbar. Unser älterer Hund ist im Urlaub verstorben, vermutlich wegen der Hitze. Ich rate deshalb von einer Reise mit Hund in der wärmsten Zeit dringend ab. Wir hatten trotz der Trauer einen gelungenen Urlaub und bedanken uns recht herzlich bei der Vermieterin.

Das Ferienhaus ist toll gelegen und super ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Pool und der Meerblick waren die Highlights des Hauses. Man kann sehenswerte Städte gut mit dem eigenen Auto erreichen. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit als Familie und danken der lieben Familie Genzel sehr für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Wir hatten den erholsamsten Urlaub seid Jahren. Die Ferienwohnung war aufgrund der Lage genau das, was wir gesucht haben und entspricht genau dem, was in der Anzeige gennant ist. Wir persönlich fanden die Lage der Fewo extrem super. Man war am Meer aber doch etwas abseits des Trubels. Die Lage im Gebirge mit Meerblick war genau richtig, um vom Alltag abzuschalten.
Ein Auto ist allerdings auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Die Siedlung, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist toll angelegt.
Der Pool war wunderbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung extrem gut. Der Kontakt mit Frau Genzel war hervorragend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!!!
Wir haben Ausflüge nach Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez unternommen. Es gab aber auch Tage, da sind wir einfach in der Wohnung geblieben. Es war einfach toll
