A beautiful, fully equipped bungalow at a great price! The Eb en Vloed bungalow park has 73 detached bungalows spread across the park, on tree-lined lawns. The park is a 7-minute bike ride from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee! The very neat and tastefully decorated accommodation Eb en Vloed 58 has been completely renovated and fully insulated. Living room and open kitchen The bungalow has a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas and a large TV with digital reception. There is a spacious dining table with four chairs. A sturdy high chair is also available. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with extractor hood, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combination microwave. Two bedrooms The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one large bedroom with a double bed (single duvets) and plenty of cupboard space, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom The bathroom has a walk-in (rain) shower and a washbasin with mirror and cupboard. The recently renovated toilet is located in a separate room next to the bathroom. Enclosed garden and terrace From the hall, you have access to an indoor storage room where a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and air fryer are at your disposal. The garden and conservatory are accessible via sliding doors from the living room. The conservatory is a pleasant place to be early in the year. Both the garden and the conservatory are furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The garden has a lovely lawn and is fully and high fenced, accessible on two sides via a gate. Extra You can park right next to the house on a private driveway (space for two cars). There is also a lockable shed that you have access to. The entire bungalow has central heating and laminate flooring. There is air conditioning in the living room. Pets A maximum of two pets are welcome. Please notify us when booking. Please note!
