With five stars, this is one of the most beautiful accommodations in Zeeland for groups up to 36 people.

The group house is part of a large holiday resort yet is situated separately, in the municipality of Brouwershaven, about 3 km from the town center. A large parking lot is directly at the house. Outdoors, guests have exclusive use of a 5000 sqm property with its own soccer field, volleyball court, table tennis, several terraces (garden furniture available), barbecue, and a small playground. Just a few meters from the house (140 m) is the canoe station of the holiday resort. From here, beautiful tours can be taken on the canals.

The house is about 900 m from the beach at the Grevelingenmeer of the resort. The North Sea beach Ellemeet is 8 km away.

For all guests of the holiday resort for shared use (some for a fee) are rental options (canoes, sailboats, catamarans, surfboards), several playgrounds, tennis courts, sports field, diving spot, several snack bars and restaurants, a supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, mini-golf course, boules court, several playgrounds, and a marina. There is also a small sandy beach at the Grevelingenmeer belonging to the resort.

Due to the current coronavirus measures, we have equipped the buildings so that it is possible to stay safely and comfortably with 36 people. The building is spacious and has plenty of space around on the terrace and in the garden. There is a protocol that has been made in consultation with Hiswa Recron. The protocol ensures that all measures currently applicable to staying in the Netherlands are actually adhered to.

Traveling with a smaller group?
For groups with a maximum number of people up to 18, or groups not bound by social distancing rules, such as children younger than 12 years or families that are one household, special prices are possible. You then have access to the main building with all facilities, with the exception of the 4 extra rooms with private shower and toilet. Please inquire at the reception, thank you.
