The 4-6 bedrooms in the rear part of the house provide you with the necessary peace to relax and sleep, with 2 / 4x single/double and 2 x ET beds(12). Included in the price is the bed linen and free use of the swimming pool area for all guests. Heating and cable TV are part of the basic equipment. The cable operator determines the programs. We have no influence.
Internet can be used for free, so that you can also plan trips and events at short notice via smartphone or laptop. Our Family Bungalow P-8-12 is located directly behind the dike in a small manageable bungalow park. It is the short distances and the great starting position for such interesting possibilities as boat tours, surfing, cycling, fishing, or just walking.
Lemmer, Friesland, Netherlands. Our bungalow park is located in one of the most beautiful positions directly on the Ijsselmeer with a surfing pier and sandy beach for the little ones. The center of Lemmer with its beautiful quaint shops and cozy pubs and restaurants, as well as the well-known supermarkets from Germany, can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.
The shallow, child-friendly beach can be reached in a few minutes directly by the water via a short footpath. In the nearby sports hotel, you and your fellow travelers can use the swimming pool for free and the wellness offers with a sauna and solarium for a small fee. A boat rental is also available to you with license-free boats on offer. Included in the price is the bed linen for all guests.

Special Cancellation Offer During Corona Times.
Dear holiday guests,
To make it a bit easier for you and your holiday planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021, deviating from our general rental terms.
Here you have the opportunity to book your trip in peace and, if desired, to cancel it as well.
The conditions in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost will then be only 30% of the invoice amount for you.
For short-term trips and arrivals under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due upon withdrawal.
We can offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be due at 100% in the event of a later withdrawal.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These withdrawal conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the withdrawal conditions in the current rental terms.
