On the ground floor is the large living, dining and kitchen area and the guest WC.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi fridge/freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and coffee machine.
The dining area has five seats, and the table can be extended to seat more people.
There is a flat-screen TV in the living area.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC. A hairdryer is also available. There is a car park at the house. Another one about 30 metres away is available on request.

A binding booking only comes into effect upon receipt of the agreed deposit in the landlord's account.
If the tenant withdraws from the contract despite having made a booking and the holiday flat cannot be rented to another party during this period, the tenant is liable to pay compensation. The tenant may cancel up to 28 days before the start of the tenancy. In this case, 30% of the total rental costs shall be charged as compensation. In the event of later cancellation, the tenant is obliged to pay 90% of the rent if the landlord is unable to rent the holiday flat to another tenant. Any burden of proof lies with the tenant. The same regulation applies if the tenant moves out prematurely. For the calculation of the deadline, the written receipt of the cancellation (also by e-mail) is decisive, verbal cancellations have no legal effect. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended!

The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor (two with double bed 2x1.6 m + 2x1.4 m; 2x single bed 2x1 m each), bathroom with shower and on the ground floor guest WC, living room and kitchen with access to the terrace/garden.
The semi-detached house, completed in 2014, is modernly furnished. It has a particularly large and well-equipped kitchen.

Die Mädels (und natürlich auch ich) waren beim ersten Anblick hoch begeistert und haben mich (als Buchungsverabtwottliche!) für die Auswahl gelobt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann und noch mehr. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, super sauber und gepflegt! Ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus haben wir selten erlebt. Vielen Dank!

Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, die Vermieter super nett. Die Sauberkeit perfekt!!! Das Einzige, was uns als 5köpfige Familie gefehlt hat, war eine Waschmaschine. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher..
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, da wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal!
