The open, modern kitchen was completely renewed in 2014 and is equipped with an induction stove with extractor hood, a large fridge/freezer, a small oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. A washing machine is also available.
The well-kept bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer, and a toilet.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor (sloped ceilings) and are separated by a folding door. The master bedroom has a bed 140 cm wide. The small children's bedroom (without a window) is equipped with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. At night, you can enjoy the soothing sound of the sea in absolute peace. Bed linen is provided.
The south-east facing terrace, which is 50 m² in size, is equipped with a "Weber" charcoal grill and two sun loungers. There is also a cozy "outdoor lounge" with a couch and two armchairs, ideal for enjoying an aperitif outdoors. The terrace does not allow insights from outside or from the neighboring property.
A private parking space is available for your car on the completely fenced property.
Holiday home H56 is ideal for a couple, but also for a family with one or two younger children who want to live as close to the beach as possible, while at the same time preferring a very quiet environment.

If you, as the tenant of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's withdrawal date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is officially prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Erstklassiges vollausgestattetes kleines Haus in Strandnähe
Traumurlaub auf der Düne von Capbreton
Das Haus ist für die französischen Verhältnisse - wir kennen Wohnungen und Häuser aus über 30 Jahren an der französischen Atlantikküste - sehr gut ausgestattet und besonders gut gepflegt. Der Innenhof lässt viel Privatsphäre zu und man kann sein Auto sicher auf dem Grundstück parken.
Zu Fuß sind es nur 5min bis zum Strand und es ist tagsüber wie auch nachts sehr ruhig in dem Wohngebiet.
Der Strand La Piste ist nicht allzu überlaufen, hat einen eigen Standort der Surfschule und eine kleine Strandbar, an der ab und zu abends Livemusiker auftreten.

Alles hat gestimmt von der gesamten Ausstattung des Ferienhauses bis hin zur optimalen Lage.
Der Strand zum Küstenabschnitt "La Piste" ist einfach genial zu ereichen und dann ein Kilometer langer Sandstrand vom feinsten. Am liebsten hätten wir uns in Capbreton nieder gelassen und Deutschland vergessen. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder bei solch einem Service von allen Beteiligten.

Unkomplizierte und schnelle Übergabe, Herr Bell war sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, wir empfehlen Fahrräder anzumieten um nach Capbreton, Hossegor etc zu fahren.
