Living room with an open kitchen. Direct access through the large terrace sliding element to the terrace and the fenced garden with a large lawn. Perfect for children.
Property with south-east orientation, breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a new induction hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other electrical appliances.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed with 2 separate mattresses and one with two single beds. The large bedroom has access to the sunny balcony.
E-bikes can be stored in the garden house (lockable).

The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, they must pay lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 50€)
Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%
The holiday home can be cancelled free of charge if arrival is not possible due to an official order from the Netherlands or if a mandatory quarantine would be imposed on the return trip to Germany. The termination by the tenant in this case is possible at the earliest 7 days and at the latest 3 days before arrival.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus mit dem schönen Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber .
Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht .
Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe genossen . Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super .
Renesse und Zieriksee sind ca. 10 km entfernt.
Eine Tagestour nach Rotterdam (ca. 70 km )lohnt sich auf jeden Fall . Wir haben des öfteren in dem Restaurant Even Pause in Scharendijke gegessen . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top .

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe vom Brouwersdam
Eine tolle Woche in Den Osse
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können das Ferienhaus ZeeZeit wirklich empfehlen.
Erholung pur
Wohlfühlhaus
Da die Schlüsselübergabe erst ab 16 Uhr erfolgen kann,wir aber schon um 11 Uhr ankamen, haben wir die
Möglichkeit genutzt unser Auto auf dem Port Greve-Parkplatz abzustellen und gleich über den schönen
Deichweg nach Brouwershaven zu Wandern. Mehrmals sind wir von Brouwersdamm (8 Min.m.d.Auto) am Strand nach Renesse gewandert.Ausflüge nach Zierikzee, Domburg,oder eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Grevelingenmeer sind zu empfehlen. Da das Wetter sehr gut war,hat sich die Zeit in Zeeland und im Haus ZeeZeit gelohnt.
Wir kommen wieder !!!!!
Schöner Urlaub in Zeeland
Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, wir haben eine sehr schöne freie Zeit
bei bestem Wetter dort verbracht. In der Gästemappe fanden wir
viele Tipps, ob Restaurants, schöne Radtouren usw.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein absolutes Wohlfühlhaus für einen perfekten Urlaub !
Das gesamte Haus ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe ,auch mit kleinen Details,ausgestattet.Sehr freundliche Vermieter die uns mit vielen Tipps bezüglich Umgebung und Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe versorgt haben.
Besonders hat uns die große Fensterfront mit Blick ins Grüne gefallen.Nach langen Strandwanderungen war es immer erholsam die Ruhe im gemütlichen Garten zu genießen. Es war alles in allem eine Super Woche.Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen !!!!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Parklage mit Erholungs-Charakter
Insgesamt empfehle ich das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter, vor allem für junge Familien und Freundesgruppen schien es uns sehr gut geeignet.

Zudem ist der Park sehr schön und auch mit Supermarkt, Spielplätzen, Tennisplatz etc. ausgestattet.

Tipp: Fahrrad mitbringen oder bei der Vermietung ausleihen. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich wunderbar die Gegend erkunden oder der Strand besuchen!
