Welcome to your serene escape in Zoutelande—just a 5-minute walk from the sea! This fully renovated holiday home (June 2020) combines modern comfort with family- and pet-friendly amenities. Inside, enjoy a warm living space with digital TV, central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring both filter and Nespresso coffee machines, a combi oven, and a dishwasher. With two cozy bedrooms (including a semi-loft bed kids love!), a rain shower, and plenty of storage, you’ll feel right at home. Outside, relax in the fully fenced private garden with a sunny terrace and secure bike shed with a charging point.
Located at the foot of the Netherlands’ highest dunes in a quiet, car-free park, this home offers the ideal setting for seaside fun. Your dog will love walking the nearby trails through dunes and forest, or splashing in the pet-friendly stretches of beach nearby. There’s even a local “dog beach hour” during summer mornings, perfect for letting your furry friend run free! Children can safely play in the on-site playground while you unwind knowing your car is securely parked right on the property.
Zoutelande’s vibrant center is just 10 minutes on foot or 5 by bike, where you’ll find charming boutiques, seaside terraces, and excellent dining options. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich genossen, Es war großartig, einen eingezäunten Garten für den Hund zu haben, und die Kinder liebten die nahegelegenen Dünen, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und es war super einfach, zum Strand zu gelangen, Perfekt für einen entspannenden Familienurlaub!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar - so nah am Strand und umgeben von Natur, Wir genossen unsere Morgenkaffees auf der Terrasse, während wir dem Klang der Wellen lauschten, Das Haus war sauber und gut gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte
