The house is located in an olive grove in a location between Vodnjan and Svetvinčent. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned. The beautiful covered terrace with a view of the pool and the olive grove will delight visitors. Pets are welcome with an extra charge on site. Parking is provided, as are bed linen and towels. We recommend it to families or couples who want to spend their vacation in seclusion, without neighbors. The nearest shop is located in Juršići, and the nearest beach is 15 km away.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
