Nestled quietly in a side street of the holiday park Noordzee Résidence de Banjaard, this detached house is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions or a visit to the beach. Surrounded by greenery, the exclusively furnished house invites you to sustainable relaxation and rest.

In our Kering house, you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on one of the two terraces. This is the perfect way to start the day!
After a day's activities, relax on the available sun loungers in our garden and let the day wind down peacefully. Due to the location of the property, you have a lot of privacy and can always find a sunny or shady spot.

We place great importance on particularly comfortable furnishings in our house; you will feel right at home!

The beautiful living room is equipped with inviting, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a DVD player.

The open kitchen offers you complete equipment that will not disappoint even hobby chefs. It includes a dishwasher, oven/microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee machine, and a French press. A starter set including coffee pads is also available for you upon arrival.

The bedrooms of the house can accommodate up to 6 people. Since it is also suitable for allergy sufferers, pets and smoking in the house are unfortunately not allowed.

The three bedrooms are each equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m) and a wardrobe, with one of the rooms also having a TV and a safe.

All bedrooms have Macazz beds/mattresses, which offer you excellent sleeping comfort. So that you can sleep with the window open without mosquitoes disturbing your night's rest, we have equipped the windows on the upper floor with insect screens.

A modern shower room (with window, rain shower, and hand shower), toilet, and two washbasins are also located on the upper floor. A second toilet is available on the ground floor.

That's why we make it a point not only to offer you a functional and well-thought-out living environment but have also furnished it with high-quality furniture and household items, such as a washing machine and a heat pump dryer.

In this way, we have created a feel-good atmosphere where you can truly "switch off" and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

And you can conveniently charge your electric car directly at the house at the existing wall box (for a fee).
