Our holiday home offers you complete tranquillity and pure nature, an inviting swimming pool, sauna, high-quality and a lot of equipment, on the upper floor with 4 double bedroom. 3 showers overall, 1 large bath tub, 2 toilets.
Living room with a large, cosy fireplace, an extendable dining table seating 8, TV, internet, radio, CD player, telephone, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, double sink, fridge/freezer, espresso machine. Heating in all rooms.

Cancellation terms / withdrawal on the part of the tenant
1. The tenant may withdraw from the tenancy agreement prior to the commencement of the rental period. What is crucial is receipt of the cancellation of the tenant. We recommend that you declare you intention to cancel in writing.
2. Should the lessee decide to withdraw from the rental contract, the following fees need to be paid to the lessor as a compensation:
20 % of the rental price for cancellations up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period
50 % of the rental price for cancellations from 59-45 days prior to the commencement of the rental period
80 % of the rental price for cancellations from 44 days prior to the commencement of the rental period
The cancellation fee shall be payable from the moment that the cancellation is received.
The tenant may appoint a new tenant in their place in the event of a cancellation. Any and all additional costs incurred by said new tenant shall be covered by the original tenant. The landlord may reject the change of the person renting the property on the grounds of the new tenant not meeting special rental requirements or legal regulation or official requirements. In the event of payment of a cancellation fee the onus shall be on the tenant to prove that the landlord has not incurred any losses.

Ungefähr so stelle ich mir das Paradies vor
Es ist einfach traumhaft! Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderbaren Naturlandschaft.
Man ist herrlich abgeschieden von der Umwelt, umgeben von Wald, Wiese, Felsen, Wasser. Tomaten und Feigen wachsen einem in den Mund - und wenn man Lust auf Meer oder Kultur hat, ist man mit dem Auto quasi im Handumdrehen dort. Aix-en-Provence ist für einen Halbtagesausflug oder auch nur abends zum Essen gehen und durch die Stadt bummeln in einer Dreiviertelstunde erreichbar. Ebenso La Ciotat oder Cassis mit den atemberaubenden Steilküstenstraßen.

Tolles Landhaus mitten in der Natur
MItten in der Natur, umgeben von Freunden und Familie, beim Wandern, Lesen, und Spielen die Seele baumeln lassen.
Das sehr gut ausgerüstete und gepflegte Haus lädt zum Kochen der ausgezeichneten regionalen Produkte, die man auf den Wochenmärkten erstehen kann ein und beim gemütlichen Zusammensitzen bei Wein und Pastis, sind die Abende jeweils viel zu schnell verflogen.
Für Unternehmungslustige bietet die Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, und wem das Haus zu abgeschieden ist - auch Marseille mit seinen belebten Gassen, Museen, und dem Hafentreiben, sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter haben wir als sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam erlebt. Wir können dieses gemütliche Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes haus
wunderbares, riesiges gartengrundstück mit vielen lauschigen Ecken, und einem kleinen Bach
Sehr ruhig und still gelegen. Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Wandern (massif de la st. baume) und nur beste Erfahrungen im unweit gelegenen kleinen Städchen (Nans les Pins): v.a. zu benennen M. Cavallo mit seiner unvergleichlichen Metzgerei.
