Welcome to this fantastic seafront semi-detached house with fabulous views of the Alcanada lighthouse. It has a beautiful garden, a comfy terrace and capacity for 6 guests.

The exteriors of this beautiful house will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean weather while admiring the views of the sea and the Alcanada island and lighthouse. The loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax to the sounds of the sea after taking a ride in the kayak available to guests. A barbecue at dusk is another great plan to enjoy on the property. On the first floor, the terrace allows you to continue enjoying the landscape and the tranquility of the place.

The 2 storey semi-detached house offers a classic and comfortable style. The common rooms are located on the first floor: the living-dining room, equipped with AC, a ceiling fan and a TV; and the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob and the essential equipment for cooking on vacation. Also on the first floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor you have another 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both with ceiling fans. On this floor there is also another bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment of the house has a cot, a high chair and a stroller for your baby, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is exterior parking for 1 car.

Tourist license: ETV/11603

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
