The former barn has been completely converted a few years ago and now offers the discerning holidaymaker a stylish, spacious accommodation with upscale amenities (ideal for couples as well as families – Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 4 children).
On the southwest side, you have your own separate garden, partly covered, (garden furniture and barbecue available), a backyard with a parking space for your car, and a large play lawn.

1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals start on the day of arrival from 3 PM and end on the day of departure at 10 AM.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Cancellation of the rental agreement by the traveler:
In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to appoint a replacement tenant who takes over the existing booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, no costs will be incurred by you. In the event of cancellation without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.
