On the ground floor there is a storage room and a separate toilet next to the large entrance area.
The living level on the 1st floor houses the well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, the cosy living room with fireplace and three bedrooms. Generous, bright corridors with windows to the inner courtyard connect the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The cosy living room has a fireplace and an exit to the arcade. The fully equipped kitchen also allows you to enter the covered terrace and enjoy warm summer evenings outdoors.
