The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, toilet, living room and kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs.
In the yard is a terrace with outdoor table and 8 seats.
There is also a 32 m2 swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower and 2 parasols.
Holiday house "Luca" has a twin sister which is located next to - Holiday house "Evida".

- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)

Super Familienurlaub
Von Anfang an bis zum Schluss perfekte Betreuung. Schon die Reservierungsabwicklung war sehr toll. Es hat alles super funktioniert (wir Reisen sehr viel und können nur sagen top). Vor Ort die Hausherrin war sehr bemüht und war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns bei div. Fragen und Wünschen geholfen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, da es ruhig liegt (obwohl eine Straße in der Nähe ist, die aber nicht stört), und man zu Fuß einen Supermarkt bzw. Bäckerei erreicht, und auch in der Nähe essen kann. Mit dem Auto ist es sowieso kein Problem mit dem Einkaufen und Essen gehen.
Wir werden sicherlich wieder hinfahren.
