Approx. 500 metres from the ocean you will find this well-decorated holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities that has everything your heart desires. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built with two separate sleeping sections and two large bathrooms. Both bathrooms have shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The pool section has a sauna, large built-in whirlpool with massage panels for back and sides and a hand held shower. The living/dining room has a tasteful décor with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation, sofa area and a wood-burning stove, all helping to create a cosy atmosphere. On the other side of the centrally located living/dining room you will find the activity room where you can play darts or pool or challenge each other in table tennis. Both the pool area and activity room are good places for gathering the family. On the large plot surrounding the house there are swings and a sandpit. The grown-ups can relax on the sun bed. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. Not for rent to youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem Pool und vollständiger Ausstattung, gut geschnitten, viel Platz, sehr sauber,
Es ist sehr entspannend, weil man den ganzen Tag mit den Kindern im Haus oder draußen verbringen kann, und der Strand ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt,
Das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage, Der Gesamteindruck war hervorragend, Der verantwortliche Hausmeister vor Ort ist extrem freundlich und Hilfsbereit, was einen zusätzlichen, positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat,
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Sydals! Die großzügige Aufteilung war perfekt für unser Familientreffen, mit viel Platz für alle, Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Aktivitätsraum, wo wir viele Nachmittage mit Tischtennis und Darts verbrachten, Die Lage ist großartig, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, und wir genossen den einfachen Zugang zu nahegelegenen Essensmöglichkeiten, insbesondere der Høruphav Pizza & Restaurant, Das Haus war sauber und gut gepflegt, was unser Erlebnis noch besser machte, Wir können es kaum erwarten, zurückzukommen!
Das Haus liegt in Strandnähe, Ein Spaziergang lohnt sich! / Sonderborg ist ein niedliches Städtchen und lädt zum Bummeln ein,
Die Aufteilung ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe, Jede Menge Platz und der Pool ist echt, Außerdem ist es super nah am Ozean, Alles war sauber und hatte dieses gemütliche Gefühl, 10/10 würde empfehlen,

Die Ausstattung für die Unterhaltung sowie der Pool sowie der Whirlpool waren sehr gut,

Das Schwimmbad, / Weniger gut war, dass das Nachbarhaus an eine Gruppe junger Deutscher vermietet war, die einen Resonanzkörper mitgebracht hatten, sodass wir zu mehreren Tageszeiten die „Freude“ eines stampfenden Basses hatten, First 3 , an dem Tag, an dem wir es nach mehreren Nachfragen geschafft haben, es zu stoppen, / Schwalbennester sind ein hygienisches Problem mit Vogelkot auf Gartentischen und vor Terrassentüren,
Guter Aktivitätsraum und Poolraum. Der Pool war nicht so groß, also am besten für kleinere Kinder geeignet
Einrichtung und viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten,
Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich auf dem Dachboden 4 Betten befinden

Die Aktivitätsabteilung und der Poolbereich waren großartig für unsere Kinder, Familien und Enkelkinder. Der Außenbereich war sehr gut für die Enkelkinder im Alter von 4 bis 13 Jahren.
