Built around 1900, the house was completely renovated in 2016/17.
On the ground floor, there is a dining area for 4 people and the kitchen.
Behind the kitchen, there is a tiny courtyard that brings some light into the kitchen and
allows for pleasant cross-ventilation of the house during intense heat.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
In the attic, there is a bright living space. The couch can also serve as a sleeping area.
From here, you can access the roof terrace, which is not overlooked by any neighbors.
