Our light-filled house in the Ballumer dunes is well equipped to provide our guests a pure holiday feeling.
The living room is provided with an open kitchen, wood stove and underfloor heating. There is a corner sofa, CD / DVD player, fast Wi-Fi and international TV programs are of course included.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and a separate sink.
The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a sauna.
The 500m² garden offers a lot of privacy. The terrace is situated at the southwest; the perfect location to let you enjoy the holiday

Kurzurlaub mit erwachsenen Kindern
Das Haus war sehr sauber, geräumig, super ausgestattet, gemütlich, für uns perfekt. Die Sauna hat hervorragend funktioniert, die Betten waren gut, wir können von dem Bungalow nur schwärmen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war bequem und sehr nett. Beim örtlichen Fahrradverleih gab es als Bewohner von Marrit noch einen Rabatt.
Wir werden bei sich bietender Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fast perfekt
Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber und die elektrischen Geräte funktionierten ohne Mängel. Die Einrichtung ist gradlinig und für Hundebesitzer mit einem großen Hund sehr gut geeignet. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Besonders angenehm war die Benutzung der großen Sauna und des Kamins an den kühlen Tagen. Die volle Punktzahl geben wir nicht, da die Reinigungsgeräte (Besen, Handfeger, Wasserschieber und Staubsaugerbürste) dringend ausgetauscht werden müssen. Für Gäste, die viel Kaffee trinken empfiehlt sich zusätzlich zu der Nespresso-Maschine eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Ein Fahrradschuppen wäre noch ein i-Tüpfelchen. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Betten in der Wohnung sind 3 Jahre alt. Es gibt einen Unterschied in der Festigkeit zwischen der Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und den Einzelbetten. Wir werden unsere zukünftigen Kunden auf die verschiedenen Qualitäten hinweisen. Vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.
Absolute Empfehlung
Ich würde sofort wieder buchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden und der Strand ist auch nicht weit. Nachtleben ist in der kleinen Ortschaft nicht vorhanden.
