- up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else.
In the case of a Covid "situation," arrangements will be made individually.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut zum Urlaub machen. Man hat viel Platz und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum draußen Sitzen, selber Kochen, aber auch bis in die Stadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants ist es nicht weit.

Drazenka ist eine sehr liebe Vermieterin, die sich um alle Belange ihrer Gäste gerne kümmert. Ihre ebenfalls sehr netten Eltern brachten uns frischen Fisch zum Grillen und hängten selbstgeerntete Tomaten an die Tür. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.
Wer Wert auf ein Ferienhaus mit Flair und Ambiente legt und einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Phantastisches Fereinhaus
Entscheidend dazu beigetragen hat dieses Ferienhaus.
Von der ersten Minute an waren wir vom Ambiente verzaubert. Äußerst komplett ausgestattet, egal ob Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bäder - wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Ausstattung hat uns nicht nur durch die Vollständigkeit, sondern vor allem auch die hohe Qualität begeistert. Bei der Anreise standen im Kühlschrank für uns eine Flasche Sekt, O-Saft, Wasser, zusätzlich ein Pfund Kaffee und eine prallgefüllte Obstschale. Und so liebevoll u. freundschaftlich war jeder Kontakt zur Gastfamilie. Terrassen und Grillplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Mittelgroßer Supermarkt in ca. 250 Meter Entfernung, Strand ca. 30 Meter, Haupthafen Murter 600 Meter.
