On the ground floor you will find a hallway, a separate toilet, a kitchen with pantry, a living room, a dining room and a laundry room. Kitchen, living room and dining room have direct access to the garden.
In addition to the dining room, the main staircase leads to two bedrooms each with 160 cm wide double bed and adjacent shower room and private toilet. From the hallway leads another staircase to a third bedroom (double bed 140 cm). This also has its own shower room and toilet.
