Large house with plenty of space for families and friends

Welcome to the Ostsee Landhaus-Mähl.
The house can accommodate up to 23 people, making it perfect for large groups of families and friends.

To the house:
The entire house including outbuildings and approx. 2,000 square meters of well-maintained property can be rented. The outdoor area is landscaped with many plants and a large lawn. You can enjoy the sun and relax on the loungers here. Cars can be parked free of charge under the carports at the back of the premises.

The main house:
The large kitchen with everything you need to prepare food invites you to cook together. A dishwasher, a large toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave and much more are available here.

The living room is spacious with a corner couch, XXL armchair and a 65-inch television with smart functions (Netflix, etc.). There is also a large 3.50m dining table with many real wood chairs and an electric fireplace. Adjacent you will find the veranda. You can play here. In the showcase there are board games for young and old. A dartboard for small tournaments can also be played here.

On the upper floor you will find four more bedrooms.
A comfortable queen-size bed (140x200m) is in the third bedroom. Another separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200m) and an extra bed (90x200m) can be found next door. Both bedrooms can be connected to each other through an intermediate door. In the fifth bedroom you can enjoy a night's sleep in a king-size bed (180x200m) and a single bed.
There are two further bathrooms upstairs, each with a shower. Here you will also find another living room with a small kitchen (pantry) as well as a sofa bed and another television. From here there is the sixth bedroom with a double bed (180x200m).

The first outbuilding: on the ground floor is the relaxation room with a cozy sauna and fireplace (wood) as well as another bathroom with a cold shower. Washing machine and dryer as well as a small library can be found here. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a separate external staircase, there is another bedroom for 4 people with a queen-size bed (160x200m) and two single beds (90x200m).

The second outbuilding: A separate external staircase takes you to another bedroom for 2 people. This is equipped with two single beds (90x200m).

Internet is available free of charge.
You must bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from local providers.

There are 2 terraces with garden furniture that invite you to cozy barbecue evenings.

Parasol, sun loungers and a beach chair let you enjoy the Baltic Sea air.
For our little ones we have provided a slide, a balance bike and a children's table.
