This newly renovated holiday home close to the beach and nature provides the ideal setting for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on Lolland. Newly renovated holiday home with modern comforts meets peaceful idyll in the middle of lush green surroundings and tall trees. The house is tastefully decorated with new furnishings and can accommodate up to 7 guests. Inside, you will find a cosy and spacious living room open to a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking and socialising together. The holiday home has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a single bed. Outside, there is a large, green enclosed garden with a swing and trampoline and plenty of space for play and relaxation. Both children and adults can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor games, which provide endless entertainment. On the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy a good dinner, relax with a book or simply listen to the sounds of nature – whatever the weather. Dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come on holiday. The beach is only 250 metres from the house, where you can swim, go for long walks or enjoy the view from the bathing jetty. The area offers beautiful hiking and cycling routes, and you can easily visit Rødby and Lalandia, which are only a 10-minute drive away. The holiday home is located in a quiet and charming area close to the dike and the sea. In Kramnitze (2 km) there are shopping facilities and a pizzeria during the summer season. Kramnitze is a cosy old fishing village with a shelter and beach volleyball court – perfect for an excursion. In the area you will find the cosy restaurant Strandgården, which is definitely worth a visit. Youth groups are not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
