An idyllic place at any time of year. Wake up to the sound of the rolling waves, and enjoy the sunset on the wide, white sandy beach or on the dune on your doorstep. Unwind by your own whirlpool on an eventful summer day, heat up the sauna after a beach stroll in the autumn or enjoy the nice warmth of the crackling fireplace on a cold winter's day. The beach has very fine sand with a flat path to the sea, which makes it very suitable for children.
Our holiday home was fully refurnished in 2016, and it has been carefully furnished. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and it invites you to create delicious delicacies. The kitchen has an induction stove and an oven with circulating air, a microwave, a coffee machine to make coffee ready for your flask, a Nespresso machine with milk foamer, a mixing rod plus accessories, a toaster, a spice carousel, and a waffle iron.
On the terrace you can enjoy the sun all day since the terrace faces the south/east. There are 2 bean bags for you to sunbathe and relax on. In addition to this 4 sunbeds are also part of the inventory. You are more than welcome to take these to the beach with you. For your way to the beach or a stroll we have made available a handcart. This handcart will make your life that much easier, especially if you are holidaying with children.
The living area and the gallery are luminous, and they are carefully furnished. They invite you to relax over a cup of tea, a glass of wine, and a good book. Both in the living area as well as the gallery there is one television and DVD player. In order to make sure that things do not get too loud, there are two sets of headphones for you to use in the gallery.
The third bedroom has been furnished in such a way that it is very well suited for children, and it has two cots as well. There is also a baby gate for the stairs. All the bedrooms have protection measures in place against insects, and the rooms can be darkened with a curtain.
Should you be surprised by a rainy day, you will find lots of board games for young and old, card games, and painting and crafting materials. If you feel like reading, there is a "small" selection of books available for you to read.

Should the tenant withdraw (cancel) from the rental agreement without having found another tenant who enters into the agree with the same conditions, the following amounts shall be payable for compensation:
- Up to 49 days prior to the commencement of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
- Up to 35 days prior to the commencement of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
- in all other cases 100 % of the rental price shall be payable.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. Should the tenant depart early, they shall still be obligated to pay the full rental price.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( mein Mann war von dem Messerblock in der Küche sehr begeistert ) und sehr gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sind Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden, die von unseren Kindern auch gerne genutzt wurden. Liebe Familie Rust, wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Strandkiefer.

Traumstrand direkt vor tollem Ferienhaus
Baabe ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir konnten tolle Ausflüge unternehmen und haben uns gern in dem Ferienhaus aufgehalten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, nahezu alles ist vorhanden (besonders auch für Kinder), der kostenlose WLAN-Zugang ist ebenfalls toll und auch die Betreuung durch Familie Rust ist besonders hervorzuheben. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wären gerne länger geblieben.
