On the ground floor you will find the bright living room with satellite TV, CD, DVD etc., kitchen with dining table, fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator etc. There is a laundry with washing machine. Direct access to the covered terrace.
3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and another bathroom with bathtub.
1st floor:
One bedroom with double bed, direct access to 2 terraces.
The outdoor area has a covered terrace with dining table, private pool (4m x 8m and 0.80m to 1.80m deep), barbecue and garden shower.

If you want to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we need a written notice of your cancelation by email.
Cancellation fees per Periods counted from the arrival day:
– More than 90 days from arrival date: 30% of the Total price
– From 41 days up to 90 days until the arrival date : 60% of the Total price
– 40 days or less : 100% of the Total price
In the unlikely reason, we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an accommodation of a similar or higher standard, depending on availability. If the available alternatives are not acceptable for you, we will return 100% of your booking costs.
– If the client or one of the persons within the group or family consciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case, the remaining rental price will not be refunded.
– If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline.

7 Freunde eine Finca, Perfekt!
Von der Finca ist man in ca. 20-25min Fußweg am San Mol Stand. Die Lage ist schön Ruhig mit netten Nachbarn.

Toller Urlaub in großzügigem Haus
Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist prima, große Kühlschränke für kalte Getränke etc.
Zudem kann man auch mit mehreren Leuten bei schlechtem Wetter im Wohnbereich sitzen.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man ist fußläufig sehr schnell am wasser/Strand und auch die Supermärkte sind zu Fuß (ca 1km) zu erreichen. Auch parken kann man in der Straße sehr gut.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Team von Reservatum - sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr engagiert und stets freundlich, wirklich top!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder! :)
