On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and one bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. On the upper floor there is another living room, two bathrooms and one bedroom with two beds (90x200).The yard is located on both sides of the house, which faces east and west so that it has sun and natural shade all day long.The first yard on the east consists of a terrace and a paved parking space for two cars.The second yard on the west consists of a beautiful outdoor furniture and an outdoor kitchen.
