On the second floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang der Vermieterin bis hin zum sehr sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen lies. Ein komplett eingezäunter Bereich des Grundstückes machte den Freilauf unseres Hundes möglich. Bei Fragen standen Aleksandra mit Partner und Familie jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war der ideale Ort um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Es war wirklich eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, welches wir bis jetzt gebucht hatten. Wir werden gerne mal wieder kommen. Auch die Buchung über BRISKVA kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Aleksandra für Alles!
Es war ein wunderschöner, entspannender Sommerurlaub, der gerne noch 2 Wochen länger dauern konnte. Tolle Vermieterin, immer bemüht einem alles recht zu machen. Danke nochmal Alexsandra
The house we booked was beautiful. The landlords were great, nice and always accessible and helpful. Everything worked out nicely. Nothing was missing in the house. There is enough space for a family of four with a dog incl. 2 bedrooms, each room with a bathroom + shower. The property was very clean and lovingly furnished. We would book this house again at any time. Also, you could walk to the centre of Declici in 10 min. There is a small grocery store and a nice coffee bar. That’s all you need for a perfect holiday. A huge ‘Thank you’ to Alex and partner who are the owners of this nice property. You both are great hosts and really take care of your guests
Wir waren rundum zufrieden, für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Aleksandra ist an Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit nicht zu überbieten, so eine Gastfreundschaft haben wir selten erlebt ! Es gab frische Eier und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten. Das ganze Haus war extrem sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Die Lage ist top ! Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen endlose Olivenbaumhaine , ein Traum . Es ist sehr ruhig und das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und großartige Restaurants! Porec erreicht man innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Casa Romito. Es ist alles sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Aleksandra ist ein super Gastgeberin und kümmert sich sofort um jedes noch so kleine Problem, selten so viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Zwischendurch wurde einem der Tag mit Tomaten, Eiern und Melonen aus eigenen Anbau versüßt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sehr sicher.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
