Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen und ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art. Die Küste ist in 35min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Wanderungen im Nationalpark oder zu den Wasserfällen bieten eine gelungene Abwechslung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 1km entfernt und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Die Villa selbst ist top ausgestattet (Außenküche, überdachte Schaukel, Spielsachen), besonders der Pool und die Tore zum Fuß- oder Wasserballspielen haben unseren Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus.
Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber dennoch diskret. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen am Tag der Anreise!

Top Urlaub
Tolles Haus , schöne Gegend und wirklich guter Ausgangspunkt wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte. Die Vermieter des Hauses waren wirklich sehr sehr freundlich .
Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder , weil wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Erholung abseits des Massentourismus
Wir wurden herzlich mit einer Brotzeit und einem kühlen Getränk dort empfangen.
Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, hat einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit schönen Pool, Lounge und Hollywoodschaukel.
Schade, dass die Gastgeber kein Englisch sprechen, sonst hätte man sich gerne mal einen Abend zusammen gesetzt.

Schöne Lage, sehr sympathische Vermieter
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool war das Highlight für alle. (Pool wurde durch den Vermieter jeden Tag gereinigt)
Die Gegend ist ruhig
2 Küchen vorhanden
Zum Strand sind wir immer nach Baska Voda gefahren, schöner Strand und nicht so viel los wie bei den anderen Stränden. Parkplätze kosten dort 10 Euro
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Schönes Haus, Gegend und sehr nette Menschen

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. 2 Sitzecken und Liegen am herrlichen Pool. Dieser wurde regelmäßig von den Vermietern gereinigt. Es gab einen super Grill, welcher uns auch zur Verfügung stand. Eine Garage konnten wir ebenfalls nutzen.
Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bis zum Strand war es mit dem Auto nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir empfehlen dieses Haus ganz klar weiter und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
