Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Early Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, compensation is to be paid, deducting saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR as follows, provided that re-letting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the declaration.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Urlaub im Schwedenhaus
Ausstattung wie beschrieben , hier fehlt es an nichts , top !!!
Lage und Umgebung sehr ruhig und erholsam .
Strand , Rad - und Wanderwege sehr schön .
Es passte einfach alles und wir ( 3 Personen und Labrador Buddy )
konnte einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen , leider gingen die 11 Tage
viel zu schnell vorbei .
