Among its outdoor areas, two porches and a large patio are perfectly suited to the different plans and moments to enjoy in your day to day life. The back porch guarantees a good start in the morning with a delicious breakfast before walking to the beach or simply relaxing at home reading a book in the charming chill out area. At midday, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare a good barbecue feast and then spend the afternoon and, who knows, into the early hours of the morning having a good laugh and enjoying a glass of wine on one of the outdoor sofas.

The architectural style of the house gives it a very special charm and character. Preserving a traditional yet modern style, as you enter you will find a large living room with AC where you can watch satellite TV or relax for a while. Through a large archway you enter the dining room and kitchen. Here you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven and bring them quickly to the table or to the porch, as there is direct access. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping you will find four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and the last one with two single beds that can also be put together. There are also two bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs. Five fans complete the equipment of the room.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
