Apartment 59 is located on the southwest side of the Sterflat, so you can enjoy the lovely afternoon sun.From the apartment you can walk to the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee within a few minutes with many restaurants, shops and supermarket.In this apartment you can of course use wireless internet for free and there is also a safe storage facility for any bicycles you bring with you, it is not allowed to load a bicycle in the garage/storage.Parking on the public road, during the paid parking period you will receive a digital parking permit.
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. Tolle Lage !!!… Mit Rentals als Ansprechpartner ist immer alles top ??, Küche und Badezimmer super und sauber … Wir haben uns in dieser einen Woche sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen immer gerne wieder.
Der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon aus mit seitlichen Meerblick. In wenigen Gehminuten kommt man zur Promenade, Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Es ist alles Notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nicht gemütlich, aber auch nicht ungemütlich! Der Service von Rentals war sehr zuverlässig!
