The house, renovated in 2021, has a very tastefully decorated living room with a digital television offering many German channels, switchable free Wi-Fi, and a separate desk area. The entire bungalow is centrally heated.
Through the double doors, you step out onto the sunny terrace. Here you can start the day with breakfast and end the evening in style with the electric grill. On the terrace, you can sit sheltered from the wind and, even in cooler temperatures, the cozy patio heaters provide the necessary warmth into the evening.
The new, open kitchen is equipped with every convenience.
Inside the house, there are five beds in three bedrooms with closets and a comfortable bathroom with a rain shower. In a separate utility room, you will find a washing machine, clothes dryer, and a second refrigerator with freezer compartment. Behind the house, you can park and charge your bicycles. There is parking space for 1 car in the enclosed parking area of the park.
