Family-friendly holiday home with high quality furnishings at the North Sea in Norden/Norddeich. 110m² of living space. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. It features 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Our house is functionally and comfortably furnished and reflects our personal needs. Both the ground floor and first floor have tile flooring. The ground floor has underfloor heating. The attic has a laminate floor.

4.1. In case the rental contract has to be cancelled, it must be made in writing.
4.2. If the lessee withdraws from the rental contract, we'll deduct a processing fee of €50.00 from the advance payment.

up to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price,
up to 35 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price,
up to 28 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price,
up to 20 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the full rental price -100%- is due; minimum: €100.00.

4.3. The above stated §4.2 does not apply if the lessor is able to let the holiday home for the duration mentioned under §2.2. In this case, the lessee pays a processing fee of €50.00 plus potential revenue loss due to a reduced rental income, not to exceed the cancellation fees defined under §4.2.
4.4. In case the lessee has to depart early and thus terminate the rental agreement, the lessee pays the agreed rental price (100%) listed under §3.
4.5. The lessor recommends to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus in sehr ruhigen Lage
Schön und Ruhig
Wenn man kein Auto hat und mir der Bahn und Bus Verkehr unterwegs ist,dann kann das schon weit seit bis zur nächster Haltestelle. Man läuft ca 20 min zur Bus Haltestelle. Zum Einkaufen bei Lidl oder Aldi sind es auch ca 25 min zu Fuß unterwegs. Aber sonst ist es dort sehr schön und ruhig.. Vom Preis her ist das auch in Ordnung.
