Our 95 sqm holiday apartment on the upper floor of the Ötztaler Jägerhäusl offers you spacious living space on one level for a maximum of 4-5 people with a magnificent mountain view, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 living and dining room with a cozy fireplace, a southeast-facing balcony, and a private west-facing terrace with seating and a gas grill.
The holiday home was also awarded 4 Edelweiss (the highest possible classification) by the Association of Tyrolean Private Landlords in 2019!

Ötztal train station on the Western Railway line: about 5 km from Oetz, regular bus connections to Oetz;
Train connections from Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, Zurich, Munich;
Direct buses to Sautens three times a day from Innsbruck bus station.
Airplane:
Munich, Zurich, Innsbruck airports - connection to the railway network to Ötztal train station, from there bus connections;
Innsbruck about 50 km.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Sauna haben wir abends sehr genossen und der Ausblick vom Balkon, unbezahlbar....
Wir können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Sie haben ein sehr gemütliches und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns direkt heimisch gefühlt haben. Bei Sonnenschein und strahlend blauem Himmel haben wir dank der direkten Busanbindung 5 stressfreie Tage im Skigebiet verbracht. Ein Besuch in der Sauna und unsere abendlichen Spielrunden machten jeden einzelnen Tag perfekt. Unsere 4 Kinder liebten es, sich im ganzen Haus zu verstecken und die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Auf ein hoffentlich baldiges Wiedersehen, vielleicht dieses Mal im Sommer ?!...

Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt!
Gut geschlafen und die Luft ist herrlich hier.
Martje und Bertold haben viel Spaß gehabt mit dem Skifahren und nachher in die Sauna - wie ein Traum und angenehm für die Muskeln.
Wir hoffen noch mal wieder zu kommen - vielleicht im Sommer.

Wir haben das Haus und insbesondere die Wiese hinter dem Haus viel genutzt!
(Man kann dort prima Schlitten fahren.)

Im Tal war schon der Frühling und auf dem Berg haben wir endlich den Winter erleben dürfen.
Ihr Haus ist wirklich super schön und die Sauna wurde jeden Tag gut genutzt.
