Upon receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total travel price is due within 7 days. The final payment must be made no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, the cancellation fees amount to 30% of the travel price. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge 80% of the total price. If you cancel one week before arrival or do not arrive or leave early for personal reasons, the entire travel amount is due. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract for a materially justified reason, for example, if force majeure or other circumstances beyond the landlord's control make the fulfillment of the contract impossible. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

By Car
The island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a 1450 m long bridge. When you arrive by car, you can easily get from the mainland to the island without the need for ferry connections.
Crossing the bridge is subject to a toll, which costs about 30 Kuna (for a round trip in total).

Die Aufnahme durch die Verwaltung (Anita und Goran) hat hervorragend geklappt. Anita spricht deutsch und ist immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen und Nöte hat!
Kleiner Tipp: Wer eine Bootsfahrt buchen möchte um einmal eine andere Perspektive der Insel zu bekommen, sollte Anita und Goran danach fragen. Sie können dort weiterhelfen und einen Bootsausflug vermitteln, bei dem man nicht mit 20 oder mehr Touristen auf einem Boot ist, sondern als Familie ein Boot mit einem Skipper bekommt.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das Haus mit den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, dem großen Garten mit Oliven- und Kirschbäumen und die großzügig gestaltete Terrasse bieten viel Platz, auch für mehrere Personen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt bald wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla
Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, die großzügige Hausausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Den Aufenthalt am Pool, auf der tollen Terrasse im großen Garten sowie am Abend in der urigen Zisterne (Gewölbe) werden wir niemals vergessen.
Diese Traumvilla können wir wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und möchten uns bei der Familie Stöger recht herzlich bedanken, für die freundliche Art sowie die zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort und das wir an ihren Traum teilnehmen durften.
