The house is in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly. Bed linens and towels are provided. We expect our guests to treat the house as their own!
Guest access: Neither the indoor nor the outdoor areas are shared with other guests.
Important notes:
1) Pets are welcome. However, please inform us of your dog's breed before booking. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please note that there is an additional charge of €90 per week per pet (payable upon arrival). The owner of the house has two Maremma Sheepdogs named Wadi and Roma. Both dogs are very friendly and accustomed to guests and other dogs. They are kept in their enclosure during the day and can roam freely on the property from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
2) The road is partly steep and unpaved. Therefore, please ensure you drive a suitable vehicle: Fiats and VWs are ideal. Audis and Alfa Romeos are less suitable. A front-wheel-drive vehicle, an SUV, or an off-road vehicle is best.
3) Central heating is available for a fee. There are meters, and the cost covers only the energy. There are no additional charges. Firewood is also available for an extra charge.
4) The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
