This beautifully furnished, cosy Provençal holiday home with a living area of around 200 square metres is the perfect place for anyone who wants to really relax.
With its five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a very nicely furnished living-dining room and its comfortable kitchen, it offers enough space for your holiday.Located in Grasse/Le Rouret, the house is surrounded by a lovely Provençal garden with citrus trees, herbs and palm trees.There is also a large terrace outside with comfortable lounge furniture and a large dining table. From there you have a view of the heated pool, which can be reached via a small stone staircase. Enjoy your day under the shade of the trees or in the sun by the pool, while your children will also find plenty of space to play on the flat plot. The sea can also be reached in 20 minutes by car.
