Der als Erweiterung der Terrasse gelegene Swimmingpool bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und ist groß (10x5). Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß und die beiden Badezimmer sind hervorragend! Die gesamte Villa ist klimatisiert. Die Umgebung ist beruhigend. Die halbüberdachte Terrasse bietet viel Schatten.
