Villa Noela is a 2 bedroom charming holiday home, located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. A private pool is located in a large 2000 sqm green garden. The entire property is fenced, spacious and secure. The surroundings of the villa are fresh Mediterranean trees, lavender and sage. There is a balcony with dining table in the quiet garden.

The interior of the house is beautifully furnished, spacious and with large sunny windows. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, a traditional Istrian fireplace, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, all on the ground floor.

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, vor allem die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im großen Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum. Das Haus ist großzügiger als es auf den Fotos wirkt, es gibt sogar ein zweites Badezimmer. Alles war absolut sauber. Noela ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin und hat uns zur Anreise sogar mit Brot, Wurst, Käse und Wein versorgt. Sie ist absolut zuverlässig und jederzeit erreichbar.
Direkt in Krsan, nur wenige Minuten entfernt, gibt es einen guten Supermarkt.
Ganz toll gegessen haben wir im Burra am Ortseingang von Plomin, sehr empfehlenswert!
Und noch eine Info für Hundebesitzer: das gesamte Gelände ist sicher eingezäunt und man kann direkt vom Haus aus in die Berge oberhalb des Dorfes lange Spaziergänge unternehmen.

Wir hatten letztes Jahr einen tollen Urlaub bei Noela.
Das große Grundstück und das schöne Haus mit Swimmingpool waren
perfekt für uns (als Familie mit Hund).
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauber, geräumig, großer Garten, toller Pool. Riesengroßer Grillkamin und viele tolle Sitzgelegenheiten zum verweilen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Villa Noela. Angefangen beim herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeber, dann der reichhaltig gefüllte Kühlschrank mit Obst, Gemüse, Getränken, Schinken und Käse, dazu Brot/Brötchen für die ersten Tage........... da fühlt man sich sofort sehr willkommen. In diesem Ausmaß haben wir das auch noch nie erlebt. Toll!! Der Garten, komplett eingezäunt, war auch für unsere beiden Hunde ein Traum und der Pool, stets gut gepflegt, war eine willkommene Abkühlung. In der Nähe, wenige Autominuten entfernt, gibt es zahlreiche nette Restaurants und ja nach Geschmack kleine Dorfminimärkte oder große Supermärkte. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen, entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Noela!! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles da was man braucht. Pool sauber. Garten eingezäunt.
Mehrere Terrassen, großer gepflegter Garten. Super nette, herzliche Vermieter. Nachbar auch sehr nett. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber die Arbeit ruft.
Kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!!

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und zwei große Hunde, haben uns in der Villa Noela sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles gepasst, von dem herzlichen Empfang von Noela und Irvin, dem bereits lecker gefüllten Kühlschrank, der sauberen Unterkunft bis zur regelmäßigen Reinigung des Pools. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und unsere Hunde konnten entspannt toben.
In der Umgebung, jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, gibt es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir kommen wieder!
