After tenant confirms definite booking interest per e-mail and upon villa availability Algarvacation.com will send cost free pre-reservation instantly, valid until booking confirmation arrives. After booking confirmation has been send villa will be reserved for you five calendar days (date/time on e-mail heading is legal start of this period). Within these five calendar days required documentation needs to have been sent to Algarvacation.com and down-payment of 30% of total rental sum needs to have been transferred onto our account. From then booking is fixed however only after rest payment has gone into our bank account, booking reaches its definitive status which entitles tenant to the exclusive right of booked villa in booked period. In case of booking within 2 months upon arrival date, whole rental sum is due at once, the less time remains between booking date and arrival date the more 5-day-booking confirmation protection will be shortened. Pricing valid for occupation until a maximum of 8 guests (children included). Extra cost: € 90,-- for final cleaning, WIFI - internet use and air-conditioning. Additional bookable services; extra cleaning € 10,--/per hour, cot € 40,-- per booking, high chair € 25,-per booking. If the property has no leaving clients on your day of arriving, we almost at all times are able to allow you to take over the villa before official entry time. On the other hand if there are no arriving clients on your day of leaving, you'll be most likely to stay in the villa longer then official departure time. Please inform yourselves a few days before arriving/leaving, availability depending on cleaning company schedules. Terms of payment: 30% of the total rental price at confirmation of reservation / 70% 2 months before arrival. In the case of a booking within two months before the start of the rental period, the entire rental price is payable directly. Included in the rental: 1 x per week Change of linen and towels in the interior.

Super Urlaub
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute.
Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Alles was man gebraucht hatt war vor Ort. Der Pool war sauber und für die Kinder natürlich ein Highlight. Man war auch net weit vom Zentrum wen man was kaufen oder essen gehen wollte. Trotzdem waren wir etwas abgelegen und hatten Ruhe. Ganz toll war natürlich auch das Grundstück das regelmäßig gepflegt worden ist genau so wie der Pool. Ich persönlich werde auf jedenfall mein nächsten Algarve Urlaub genau in diesem Haus verbringen. Wieder ein super Urlaub!!
Es war wieder sehr schön. Als wir reinkamen fühlten wir uns direkt zuhause.
Die 2 Baustellen nebenan, die uns aber früh genug angekündigt wurden, haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür, es gibt bestimmt andere Agenturen, Vermittler, Vermieter, usw. die die Gäste über so etwas nicht informieren. Uns wurde es früh genug mitgeteilt! Von daher haben wir nichts zu meckern. In dem Haus fehlt es uns an nichts!! Wer etwas weiter vom Trubel Urlaub machen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Zum Strand nach Ferragudo sind es ca. 7 km. Restaurants findet man auch an jeder Ecke. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!!
