Nicht ganz was wir uns vorgestellt hatten
Es wurde ein grosser, schöner Gasgrill versprochen, welcher gar nicht vorhanden war. Stattdessen wurden wir mit einem Tischgrill abgespiesen oder alternativ einem alten, modrigen und komplett verdrecktem Gasgrill in der Garage. Wir haben nach der Hälfte unseres Urlaubs eine alternative Unterkunft gemietet, damit wir unsere Zeit doch noch vollends geniessen konnten.
Kontakt vor Ort nett und unkompliziert. Auch Kontakt vor Bezug mit Eigentümer sehr nett, aber keine zielführende Lösung bei Problemen.
Achtung Betrug
Des Weiteren wurde nach der 11-tägigen Übernachtung (2500 Euro / 4 Personen + zwei Hunde, 250 Euro Kaution, 110 Euro Reinigung, 25 Euro pro Bettwäsche. Zeitraum 07.07.2024 bis 18.07.2024) in diesem Objekt keine Abnahme gemacht resp. wurde uns auch nicht die Kaution wieder zurückgezahlt, obwohl wir das Haus sauberer übergeben haben, als wir es verlassen haben.
Dieses Haus ist völlig abgenutzt und die Gegenstände sind nicht zu gebrauchen oder gar defekt resp. gefährlich. Die Bilder sind ca. 15 bis 20 Jahre alt und es wurde seitdem nichts an dem Haus und der Einrichtung gemacht.
