Beautiful alpine village jewel on the sunny Zettersfeld plateau, above Lienz with a fantastic view of the city and the Dolomites (1,840 m above sea level). Built with original components from old farmhouses in the area, the four rustic semi-detached houses harmonize wonderfully with the landscape. The sunny plateau is a spacious, family-friendly hiking area with the mountain backdrop of the Lienz Dolomites to the south. The ideal starting point for hikers and bikers, a paradise for families with children and a wonderful place for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

Use of the sauna and pool area (only possible during hotel opening hours from June 28th to September 6th)
Meals also available for an additional charge (only possible during hotel opening hours from June 28th to September 6th)
Use of the tennis court and guided hikes 3 times a week in July and August
Activities nearby: In July and August you can use the indoor pool, tennis court and sauna in the sports hotel next door free of charge and guided hikes are offered 3 times a week. Swimming opportunities in the Dolomiten outdoor pool in Lienz or in the Tristacher See lido (approx. 5 km from Lienz). The Dolomitenbad has 4 heated pools, a children's area and a lawn for sunbathing. For families or anyone who loves relaxing bike rides, there are easy routes, along the way of which nice restaurants invite you to stop for a break and sights lighten up the day of cycling. While hiking on the Zettersfeld you can enjoy fantastic views and watch the paragliders take off

Insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und die Gegend war ruhig, aber günstig gelegen für Erkundungen in Lienz und den Dolomiten, Die haustierfreundliche Politik war ein großes Plus für uns
Die Lage ist ruhig, und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir benötigten, Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Garten, während wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannten
Atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Dolomiten! Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut ausgestattet für einen entspannten Urlaub
Eine geräumige Wohnung, die alles hatte, was wir brauchten, Die Kinder liebten den Gartenbereich, und wir schätzten die gemütliche Dekoration, Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besser machte
Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Lienz war einfach bezaubernd, Der rustikale Charme des Ortes mit seinen ursprünglichen Bauernhofkomponenten ließ uns wirklich mit der schönen alpinen Umgebung verbunden fühlen, Besonders genossen wir den Balkon, wo wir unseren Morgenkaffee genießen konnten, während wir die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Dolomiten genossen, Die Wanderwege in der Nähe waren ein absolutes Plus
Atemberaubende Ausblicke und sehr gemütlicher Ort, Perfekt für Familien
Unglaubliche Aussicht vom Balkon, Super gemütliches Apartment
Wir haben uns am Urlaubsort sehr wohlgeführt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren, Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber,
TV war zu klein und nur von der Essecke aus zu betrachten,
Es ist eine sehr ansprechende und herrlich gelegene Unterkunft, Sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort,
Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung Anschluß an das Sporthotel war perfekt,sehr nettes kompetentes Personal Verpflegungsangebot war preiswert und von ausgezeichneter Vielfalt und Qualität
Die Zufahrt zum Almdorf hat eine Steigung von 15% über 12 km, Die Anreisebeschreibung war zu ungenau,wir mussten uns durchfragen, Die Mitarbeiter der Anlage waren nett und hilfsbereit, Der Urlaub war OK,
Die Anfahrt geht über einen sehr schwer befahrbaren Pass,der Bremse und Kupplung eines PKW sehr strapaziert,
In der Buchungsbeschreibung bzw, der Webseite sollte deutlicher gemacht werden,dass das Hotel auf 1850m Höhe steht
Der Fernseher steht in der Eßecke,wir hätten ihn lieber im Wohnzimmer gehabt, Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Die Matratzen waren sauber und sehr gut, Hier gab es viele Familien mit Kindern
