The first floor features a spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms are located on this floor with own bathroom. The second floor is the master bedroom, and it’s truly something special. Spanning an impressive 100 sq.m. A stunning cypress tree that "grows "straight through the middle of the room, reaching up to the natural wooden roof ,large windows bathed in natural light from sunrise to sunset.

Perfect Holidays!
Der Weitblick ist sensationell und Theodora hat uns einen extrem angenehmen Aufenthalt geschaffen. Alles ist vorhanden, von Kaffeekapseln über Handtücher, Fön und BlueTooth Musikanlage, Höngematte und Pizzaofen/Grill in der Aussenküche, wohin man sieht: geschmackvolle und hochwertig! Wir haben es geliebt!!
Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants weniger als 5 Fahrminuten vom Haus, der Strand von Komos oder Matala etwa 10 Autominuten.
6 Liegen am Pool, ein traumhaftes Daybed, Aussendusche und -WC. Der Master Bedroom oben ist sensationell, Rundum-Blick auf Berge und Olivenhaine. Sehr empfehlenswert!
AN AMAZING VILLA
Wunderschöne Villa für perfekten Urlaub
Das Haus ist von Theodora mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet einen tollen Blick ohne Zäune.
Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock ist der Wahnsinn, gleich nach dem Aufstehen über die Treppe in den Pool!
Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe, aber bei der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man auch sehr gut im Haus kochen. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine war nicht da, kann man aber kaufen, oder man wäscht zu Hause.
Die zwei Palmen sind leider nicht mehr da, aber der Garten ist super gepflegt und der Pool war auch Ende Mai schon schön warm (23-25Grad)
Viele Ausflugsmöglicheiten ( Donkey Sanctuary, Reithof, Phaistos, Strände....)

Aus unserer langjährigen Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern, durften wir zum ersten Mal erleben, wenn Preis und Leistung wirklich übereinstimmen.
Das eine ist das Haus, das andere sind die Verwalter!
Was diese uns gegenüber erbracht haben ist einfach unbezahlbar!!!
