The basement also includes a small storage room and a WC for added convenience. The ground floor features the living room and kitchen, both with access to the outdoor area with a private pool. Guests can relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The interior is elegantly furnished, and additional comfort is provided by a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a small WC. The first floor is home to three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and TVs. Every bedroom offers a breathtaking sea view, making each stay special.

The outdoor space of Villa Luce is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. The heated infinity pool offers the opportunity to relax, swim, and enjoy the sea view.
