The villa’s standout facilities include a private heated pool, a relaxing sauna, a hockey table for friendly competition, and a large covered terrace with a barbecue area - perfect for outdoor dining and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
The property includes 8 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor hosts a spacious master suite with direct terrace and private heated pool access, complemented by an en-suite bathroom and a sauna.
This floor also includes the open-plan living area, where a fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a hockey table, and a separate guest toilet.
The first floor features five bedrooms, all with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms includes a bathtub, while the others have showers. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms with balcony provide serene views.
A highlight of the villa is the villa’s glass dome, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding greenery.
Four private parking spaces are provided for convenience.

Grillen ist ebenfalls sehr gut möglich mit dem Außenkamin aber der Grillrost könnte größer sein.
In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 10 min ist man via dem Nationalpark am Strand. Über die Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf Premantura und bei Meeresbuchten (Ost und West). Der Check war unkompliziert und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und kompetent. Evtl. fehlende Überzüge für die Sonnenliegen oder Besteck wurde zeitnah bereitgestellt, wenn diese zu wenig waren.
Wird hiermit gerne weiterempfohlen, also Daumen hoch.
Die vorherigen Bewertungen sind meines Erachtens nicht zu beachten, da diese Reisegruppe wegen wiederholter Lärmbelästigung früher abreisen durften.
Vermieterin sehr nett und war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt oder Souvenirs sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad + 2 Bäder zusätzlich im EG. Es gab 2 große Kühlschränke, sodass einer für Lebensmittel und der andere für Getränke genutzt werden konnte.
