The private saltwater pool -measuring 4 x 8 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters- is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while you sunbathe and the table at the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue at nightfall. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55â¬/night and guest during the low season and 2.2â¬/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend alles da sowohl in der Küche als auch Strandequipment. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Empfang war schon eine Flasche Wein,Eier und frisches Gemüse gerichtet
Der Pool und der Grill sind nicht einsichtig .Das Haus im spanischen Stil gebaut fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause .Die Gastgeber überaus freundlich

Rundum perfekter Urlaub
Ramon, der Besitzer, empfing uns sehr herzlich und liebevoll und überreichte uns einen kleinen Essenskorb. Er war ständig für uns erreichbar, er versorgte uns sogar, auf Wunsch, mit frischen Eiern, Gemüse und Olivenöl von seiner eigenen Farm.
Das Haus bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchte. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war traumhaft und die Außenanlage war liebevoll angelegt.
Wir danken Ramon für die schöne Zeit, die wir in seinem Haus verbringen durften und denken, dass es nicht das letzte Mal war.
Der Gastgeber Ramon war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war er stets gut erreichbar und hat sich auf Anfrage um alles gekümmert (Müll, Pool-Reinigung, etc.). Das Haus ist modern und hat in jedem Raum Klimaanlagen. Wir waren im späten September da und haben die Klimaanlagen nicht genutzt, aber es war nett, sie zu haben :)
Die Betten waren bequem (für uns Mitte-20-Jährige jedenfalls) und die Einrichtung war geschmacksvoll. Es fehlte generell an nichts und Besorgungen konnte man leicht in einem der kleinen Läden im Ort machen, die innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Der Pool ist bei kühlerem Wetter etwas zu kalt zum entspannten Baden, aber war immer gut für eine Erfrischung und das Meer war stets warm genug zum Schwimmen. Von der Finca aus ist man nach ca. 10 Geh-Minuten am Wasser, allerdings an einem Strand-Abteil, an dem sich viele Algen sammeln und es eher felsig ist. Ansonsten kommt man innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu Fuß an den Platja de Son Serra De Marina. Dieser Strand ist wirklich wunderschön mit seiner Aussicht auf die Berge, sowie grüne Landschaften Richtung Landesinnere. Der Sandstrand ist nicht zu stark besucht und auch die Lokale im Ort sind einen Besuch wert. Wir haben gerne Zeit im "El Sol", "Moomba Beach Café" oder in der "Restobar MOS" verbracht.
Wir würden einen Besuch in Son Serra de Marina und vor allem einen Aufenthalt bei Ramon wärmstens empfehlen!
We booked the finca for 11 days with 6 people and had a very pleasant stay at the house! The finca is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The accommodation was well equipped, especially in the kitchen (everything we could possibly need was available; it even had a sandwich maker and an automatic juicer).
The host, Ramon, was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. During our stay, he was always easy to reach and took care of everything we asked for (trash, pool cleaning, etc.). The house is modern and has air conditioning in every room. Our stay was in late September so we didn’t use the air conditioning, but it was nice to have :)
The beds were comfortable (at least for us in our mid-20s), and the decor was tasteful. We didn’t lack anything in general, and it was easy to do any shopping at one of the small local stores, which were within a few minutes walking distance.
The pool can be a bit too cold for relaxing swims in cooler weather, but it was always great for a refreshment, and the sea was warm enough for swimming. From the finca, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the shore, though the beach there has a lot of seaweed and is rather rocky. Otherwise, you can reach Platja de Son Serra De Marina within 25 minutes on foot. This beach is truly beautiful, with its view of the mountains and green landscapes. The sandy beach isn’t too crowded, and the local restaurants are also worth a visit. We enjoyed spending time at "El Sol," "Moomba Beach Café," and "Restobar MOS."
We would highly recommend visiting Son Serra de Marina, and especially staying with Ramon!
