Villa Traumblick was newly built in the Provençal style in 1990. The living space is approximately 140 sqm. The villa, in addition to the living/dining room and kitchen, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a garage.
The villa is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The house is located in a quiet, private villa area in the hills of La Croix-Valmer overlooking the beautiful bay of Cavalaire. It is south-facing and offers a magnificent view of the sea, Cap Lardier, Cavalaire, the island of Levant, and the surrounding green hills.
The sea and main shopping facilities are not far away. The villa is fully and very tastefully furnished with some antique furniture.
Additional amenities include a stereo system with CD player, a television with digital satellite system and German-speaking channels, as well as a DSL internet connection.
The open fireplace radiates a cozy warmth and atmosphere in the winter.
The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with an electric stove, ceramic hob, wide extractor hood, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer combination. Also available are small electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, as well as glasses and dishes.
Above the kitchen, there is a gallery with a wide double bed, a separate bathroom, and a toilet.
In the sleeping area of the house, there is a bedroom with a wide double bed and a single bed, an en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet.
A few steps higher, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with a wonderful sea view.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The terrace with garden furniture and grill is approximately 40+15 sqm in size and partly covered; from here, you have a wide view of the sea.

Traumurlaub in der Villa Traumblick
Die Villa Traumblick können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen: umwerfender Traumblick von der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten, abends beleuchteten Terrasse über ganz viel Grün aufs blaue Meer, liebevolle, persönliche Einrichtung im ganzen Haus und großer, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnraum (mit Möglichkeit der Beschattung), sehr bequeme Betten, neue Gartenmöbel.
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos und liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Enkler funktionierte telefonisch und per Mail sehr freundlich, reibungslos und prompt, wofür wir uns ganz besonders bedanken!
In der ersten Oktoberhälfte war es einfach wunderbar, den ganzen Tag bei 22 bis 24 Grad Tageshöchsttemperaturen draußen verbringen zu können und sogar im Meer zu baden.

Traumhafter Blick
Ein wunderschönes Haus: wir waren zu dritt im Haus, das sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Die Sackgasse, in dem das Haus liegt, ist sehr ruhig, fast kein Verkehr. Die Übergabe mit Frau Barros klappte sehr gut, danke. Wir haben erst am letzten Tag den sehr schönen Weg zum Meer entdeckt und waren sehr froh, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab.
Ein immer wieder unfassbarer Blick aufs Meer.
Wir haben das Haus zum wiederholten Mal gebucht und fühlen uns dort schon etwas heimisch. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Familie Enkler hat uns hervorragend betreut. Auf ein nächstes Mal in der Villa Traumblick.
Villa in Traumlage
Wir sind jedesmal begeistert von dem Panorama-Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die großzügige Terrasse mit den bequemen Sitzmöbeln lädt dazu ein, hier entspannte Nachmittage und ein Abendessen bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Rosé zu genießen. Wie immer hervorragende Betreuung durch Familie Enkler. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.
Immer wieder eine Reise wert
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Traumblick und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich und es kommt keine Langeweile auf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Traumvilla - der Name passt perfekt!
Das Haus ist ideal: grosszügiger Salon und Wohnbereich mit grossem, funktionierendem Cheminée (und genügend Holzvorrat!), sonnige und teilweise gedeckte Terrasse, schöne Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad in etwas abgegrenztem Hausteil. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Grosser Garten, automatisches Tor. Etwas steile Zufahrt, aber man kann das Auto auch an der Strasse abstellen. Überwältigender Ausblick über die Bucht von Cap Lardier bis Cavalaire und aufs Meer. Wir blieben fünf Wochen und waren rundum glücklich.

Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla
Bei der Ankunft sehr herzlicher Emfang. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Sauber und gepflegte Räume. Der Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer unbeschreiblich schön. Ein Traum.

Wir haben nicht das erste Mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht. Die neuen Möbel auf der Terrasse sind ein Gewinn, l'heure bleue haben wir dort genossen.

Traumurlaub
Der Urlaub war traumhaft,wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Der Meerblick vom Balkon war großartig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Traimhafte Zeit in traumhafter Villa
Wir hatten den ganzen Mai 2023 gebucht und dann bis Ende Juni verlängert, weil es uns sooo gut gefallen hat! Mit Pool wäre es noch schöner gewesen, aber dann wohl auch teurer. So sind wir die paar Minuten zum Strand gefahren und haben das Meer genossen. Auch unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Die Villa Traumblick macht Ihrem Namen alle Ehre! Man sitzt auf der Terrasse und genießt die herrliche Aussicht. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!
