Upon accessing the accommodation you will find a magnificent 10.7 m2 furnished porch, on the front facade and where you can share unforgettable moments with family and friends. There is a saltwater pool of 9 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 2.00 m to 0.90 m. Around the pool there is a shower, two deck-chairs and two umbrellas. There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces.

The living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading a good book. The dining room is situated in the same room as the living room and there you can enjoy sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent, it has a gas cooker and you will be able to prepare any dish you can think of. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and there is access to 1 cot for the little ones if needed. In this villa there are 2 bathrooms, one inside the house with bathtub and a new one outside with shower. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living-dining room.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

No parties are permitted at the property.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
